The dataset indicates the various types of wetlands in the Santee Experimental Forest in Berkeley County, SC. The original data was downloaded from http://www.fws.gov/wetlands/Data/DataDownload.html on October 19, 2006.
Purpose:
The purpose of the dataset is to allow researchers to view locations in the Santee Experimental Forest of the various types of wetlands in the region.
Supplemental_Information:
Feb. 2012: Metadata edited for SEF database.

The original data from the Fish and Wildlife Service included the entire National Wetlands Inventory land-uses, but wetlands were exported out into a single layer for ease of use.
